SnapScale (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the App. All data is processed locally on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data externally.

2. Data We Access

• Camera Data: Used only to capture and read your weight measurement. Not stored or shared.
• Apple Health Data: With your permission, the App may read health data (e.g., weight, sleep) to display or analyze insights. Processed only on-device.

3. How Data Is Used

All processing occurs on your device. Data is used to display and analyze health metrics, generate insights, and optionally save results to Apple Health. We never send data externally.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Payments are processed by Apple via in-app purchase. SnapScale does not access or store payment details. We may store a local flag indicating subscription status to unlock features.

5. Data Retention and Control

All data remains on your device. You can delete it anytime by removing the app or deleting records from Apple Health.

6. Security

SnapScale relies on your device’s security and Apple Health’s privacy protections. We do not maintain external databases.

7. Children’s Privacy

SnapScale is for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
